Puppy Selling Policy
Thank you for your interest in our puppies! In order to reserve a puppy, we kindly request that you provide a deposit. Please note that without a deposit, the puppy will remain available for other customers, even if you have scheduled an appointment. However, we will honor your appointment at the scheduled time, and you are still welcome to visit and see the other available puppies.
To secure a reservation, we require a nonrefundable deposit of $500. Please note that the deposit amount may vary for more expensive puppies. This deposit serves as a guarantee of your commitment to adopt the puppy for which you have scheduled an appointment. Once you reserve a puppy, we ensure that he or she is unavailable for adoption by anyone else. We are pleased to hold the puppy for you for a period of up to 5 days.
In the event that you are unable to pick up the puppy within 5 business days, we offer Puppy Daycare services for an additional fee. This option allows you to extend the holding period while ensuring the puppy receives proper care. Please note that the deposit is nonrefundable as it covers the expenses associated with caring for the puppy during the reservation period. Additionally, by reserving a puppy, you prevent them from being adopted by another family, so we kindly request that you consider your decision carefully.
